Thank you for your participation in this year's celebration of Old Fort Boise Days.  When a community comes together to support their town, their youth, their business - they will be successful.  The Lions Club is excited to host Old Fort Boise Days this year and we are looking forward to the communities participation in the many events that are going on for this weekend.

Please find the Forms below that you will need to download, print, fill out and send back to the Old Fort Boise Committee at the address below to make you and OFBD a success.

Rules for Booths

1.       Booths may be setup by appointment Wednesday June 8th thru Saturday June 11^th
2.       All commercial vendors must furnish proof of insurance. Send copy with application.

3.       All commercial vendors send photos of your kiosk or mobile unit with application

4.       Please enclose fees with application payable to Old Fort Boise Days. Booth fees are:

a.        $50.00 with Electricity with one outlet.

                                        i.      Electrical provided is rated up to 15 amps.

                                        ii.      Your Generators will be allowed for circuits rated above 15 amps.

b.      $40.00 without electricity.

c.       $20.00 Non-Profit

5.       You MUST supply your own materials (i.e. power cords, tables, etc.)

6.       Power cords MUST be grounded with no wires exposed

7.       All food booths MUST comply with state and district health regulations.

8.       All booths will be assigned an area when you arrive at Fort Boise Park. The booth contact person MUST approve any changes:

Parade Entries

Please give us a little information about your entry.  (i.e. past awards, group, activities and events)

Parade line-up is at the old Parma High School on 8th ST. and McConnell Ave. Equine line-up is at Parma Middle School on McConnell Ave.

Non Equine line-up begins at 9:30am.

Non Equine judging is at 10:30.

Equine line up is at 10:00am.

Equine Judging is at 10:45am.

Parade will begin at 11:00am.

You may register the day of the parade but pre-registration is better for the lineup committee. Please return this form as soon as possible to ensure that we have your information for our announcer. Approximate length of the parade will be 1.3 miles.
